Thank you for your email message! I think it's great that you and your mum are focusing on eating healthy food!
For breakfast I usually have oatmeal with fruit or a smoothie. My favourite food is sushi — I love how light and fresh it tastes. As for fast food, I try to limit it because I know it's not the healthiest option.
I'm curious about the book you started reading on happiness. What is the title of the book? What made you interested in reading it? Have you learned anything new so far?
Anyway, I've got to go as I need to help my little brother with his homework.
