Imagine that you and your friend are doing a school project “The best place to study”. You have found some photos to illustrate it but for technical reasons you cannot send them now. Leave a voice message to your friend explaining your choice of the photos and sharing some ideas about the project. In 2.5 minutes be ready to:
● explain the choice of the illustrations for the project by briefly describing them and noting the differences;
● mention the advantages (1–2) of studying outdoors or indoors;
● mention the disadvantages (1–2) of studying outdoors or indoors;
● express your opinion on the subject of the project – where you prefer to study and why.
You will speak for not more than 3 minutes (12–15 sentences). You have to talk continuously.

Hey there! So, I found these two photos that I think would be perfect to illustrate our project on "The best place to study". The first photo shows a tutor and a girl in a room, with the tutor explaining the material to the girl who is listening attentively. This illustrates a more traditional indoor study environment. The second photo, on the other hand, depicts two students, a girl and a boy, sitting on the street, with the girl holding a laptop and the boy holding a book. They seem to be having a great time discussing something, which shows a more casual outdoor study setting.
When it comes to advantages, studying indoors provides a quieter and more controlled environment, which can help with concentration. Additionally, it is more comfortable to study indoors, since there are tables, chairs and other necessary equipment. On the other hand, studying outdoors can be refreshing and inspiring, with fresh air and natural light potentially boosting creativity and productivity.
As for disadvantages, studying indoors can sometimes feel isolating and monotonous, leading to feelings of boredom or burnout. Additionally, distractions like noise from other people or electronic devices can disrupt focus. On the other hand, studying outdoors may present challenges like unpredictable weather, noise from surrounding activities or limited access to necessary resources.
Personally, I think I prefer studying indoors because I value the quiet and controlled environment that helps me focus better. However, I do see the appeal of studying outdoors, especially when the weather is nice and you need a change of scenery. I think it really depends on the individual and the task at hand.
