Imagine that you and your friend are doing a school project “Tastes differ”. You have found some photos to illustrate it but for technical reasons you cannot send them now. Leave a voice message to your friend explaining your choice of the photos and sharing some ideas about the project. In 2.5 minutes be ready to:
● explain the choice of the illustrations for the project by briefly describing them and noting the differences;
● mention the advantages (1–2) of the two ways of getting around the city;
● mention the disadvantages (1–2) of the two ways of getting around the city;
● express your opinion on the subject of the project – which of these ways of getting around the city you’d prefer and why.
You will speak for not more than 3 minutes (12–15 sentences). You have to talk continuously.

Hey there! So, I know we were planning to send the photos for our school project "Tastes differ" today, but I ran into some technical difficulties, so I thought I'd just leave you a quick voice message instead to explain our choices and share some ideas for the project.
The first photo I chose was of a girl driving a car with a confident smile on her face. I thought this represented independence and freedom, as driving allows you to go wherever you want without relying on anyone else. On the other hand, the second photo shows a girl signalling for a taxi, which symbolizes convenience and ease of use, as you can just hop in and go without worrying about driving or parking.
One advantage of driving a car is the flexibility and control it offers. You can choose your own route and schedule, making it easier to plan your day. However, a downside is the cost associated with owning a car, including gas, maintenance and insurance.
On the other hand, taking a taxi is convenient and stress-free, especially in busy urban areas where parking can be a hassle. But it can be more expensive, especially for longer trips.
Overall, if I had to choose, I think I would prefer driving a car. I value the independence and flexibility it provides, even though it comes with its own set of challenges. However, I can see why someone might prefer taking a taxi for the convenience and ease of use, especially in a crowded city.
