Imagine that you and your friend are doing a school project “Tastes differ”. You have found some photos to illustrate it but for technical reasons you cannot send them now. Leave a voice message to your friend explaining your choice of the photos and sharing some ideas about the project. In 2.5 minutes be ready to:

● explain the choice of the illustrations for the project by briefly describing them and noting the differences;
● mention the advantages (1–2) of the two ways of spending free time;
● mention the disadvantages (1–2) of the two ways of spending free time;
● express your opinion on the subject of the project – which of these ways of spending free time you would prefer and why.

You will speak for not more than 3 minutes (12–15 sentences). You have to talk continuously.

Hey! So, I found two photos that I think perfectly illustrate the concept of "Tastes Differ" for our school project. The first photo shows teenagers playing volleyball, with two girls trying to hit a ball flying at them. It represents an active and sporty way of spending free time. The second photo, on the other hand, shows three girls smiling and dancing at a disco, highlighting a more social and outgoing way of having fun.

In terms of advantages, playing volleyball is a great way to stay active, improve teamwork skills and have fun outdoors. On the other hand, going to a disco can be a fun way to socialize, relax and let loose after a stressful week.

However, each way of spending free time also has its disadvantages. Playing sports like volleyball can be physically tiring and may require a certain level of skill and fitness. On the other hand, going to a disco can sometimes be loud, crowded and not everyone enjoys that kind of environment.

Personally, I would prefer to spend my free time playing volleyball. I love the adrenaline rush of competing in a sport, the sense of accomplishment when we win a game and the physical benefits of staying active. Plus, I enjoy being outdoors and connecting with nature while playing sports. Overall, I think it's important to find a balance between these different ways of spending free time and to respect and appreciate the diverse preferences of others. What do you think?
