It was great to receive your email message. I really like hearing from you! I’ll try to answer your questions.
Actually I don't do anything special to stay healthy during the Russian winters. I just try to dress warmer and spend less time outside. A healthy lifestyle for me includes doing sport at least twice a week and avoiding unhealthy food. If I fall ill I usually ask my friends for help to catch up with the missing material.
It's great that your cousin is going to visit you for Thanksgiving. How old is she? Where does your cousin live? What do you usually do together?
