Большую часть дня она провела, читая в постели, растянувшись на шерстяном одеяле поверх жесткого матраса, желая быть дома с друзьями, занимаясь обычными летними делами: ходить в торговый центр, смотреть фильмы, есть фруктовое мороженое в парке. Ей хотелось бы оказаться где угодно, только не в Изумрудном озере. Однако Майклу очень хотелось здесь быть.
