Student: For lunch I usually have a sandwich or a salad with some fruit.
Electronic assistant: What would you recommend to a teenager who wants to stay fit and healthy?
Student: I would recommend to a teenager who wants to stay fit and healthy to make sure to eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, stay hydrated and get enough sleep.
