You have received an email message from your English-speaking pen-friend Emily:

From: Emily@mail.uk

Subject: Coming late
… Last month I was late for my classes several times. Though I wasn’t late on purpose and it wasn’t actually my fault, I was punished.

… Do any students in your class sometimes come too late to school? What are their usual reasons for coming late? Is there any punishment for late comers at your school and what is it?...

Write a message to Emily and answer her 3 questions.

Write 100–120 words.
Remember the rules of letter writing.

Пояснение:
Dear Emily,

Thank you for your email message! I'm glad to hear from you again! I'm sorry to hear that you were punished for being late to class, even though it wasn't your fault. I hope things get better for you at school and that you won't be late again.

In my class there are a few students who sometimes come late to school. The usual reasons for their tardiness are oversleeping or traffic delays. At our school there is a policy for latecomers where they have to stay back after school for detention if they are late more than three times in a month. It's meant to encourage punctuality and responsibility.

Anyway, I've got to go since I haven't done my homework for tomorrow yet.

Write back soon.
Best wishes,
Anna
