Пояснение: Interviewer: Hello everybody. It's Teenagers Round the World channel. Our guest today is a teenager from Russia and we are going to discuss teenagers' attitude to family. We’d like to know our guest’s point of view on this issue. Please answer five questions. So, let’s get started.
Interviewer: How big is your family? What can you tell us about it?
Student: My family is not very big, there are four of us: my parents, my younger sister and me. We spend a lot of time together, especially on weekends, and try to support each other in everything. I think we are really close.
Interviewer: What is a typical Russian family like?
Student: A typical Russian family usually has parents and one or two children. Grandparents often play an important role too, as they help with raising kids. Family ties are strong, and people often gather for holidays or special occasions.
Interviewer: Why do you think it is important to have understanding parents?
Student: I believe it’s very important, because teenagers often face problems at school or with friends. Understanding parents can give good advice and emotional support. This makes children feel safe and more confident.
Interviewer: Does your family have any traditions? If yes, what are they? If no, would you like to start some?
Student: Yes, we do. For example, we always celebrate New Year together at home with a big dinner and gifts. We also like to travel in summer, which has become another nice family tradition.
Interviewer: How do you think the notion of family will change in the future? Why?
Student: I think families may become smaller in the future, because many people prefer to have fewer children. At the same time, modern technologies will help families stay close even if they live far from each other. Still, I believe the importance of family will never disappear.
