Dear Alice,
Thank you for your email message! I'm glad to hear from you again! I can relate to your situation with your parents.
I try to limit my TV time to a couple of hours a day. I prefer browsing the internet because I can choose what I want to watch or read and it feels more interactive. In my free time I enjoy reading books, going for walks in nature and spending time with friends. It's important to have a balance between screen time and other activities.
Anyway, I've got to go since I haven't done my homework for tomorrow yet.
