Thank you for your email message! I'm glad to hear from you again! I hope you are doing well. Regarding your friend's decision to become a model and go on a diet, it's important to approach it in a healthy way.
People become vegetarians for various reasons, such as ethical, environmental or health concerns. To keep fit I try to incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and plant-based proteins into my meals. I also enjoy staying active by doing yoga and going for walks. As for food to avoid, I try to limit processed foods and sugary drinks to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Anyway, I've got to go since I haven't done my homework for tomorrow yet.
